About Us

The Site...

The idea of Haunted Wisconsin began brewing in 1998 after viewing many Halloween web sites with out of date information. In the summer of 2000, the site was live.

The only purpose of HauntedWisconsin.com was to provide up to date information on commercial haunted houses. However, the site has grown well beyond, and not only includes haunted houses on the event listing, but also lists information on home haunts, corn mazes, trails, Halloween parties, and hayrides. Other information provided includes trick-or-treat dates, times and safety tips, pumpkin patch listings, a large collection of links to Halloween news articles and a listing of defunct haunts.

The Staff...

Andrew & Jennifer Meier are the husband & wife team who make up the staff of Haunted Wisconsin.

Jennifer (aka: webmistress) deals with all of the content on Haunted Wisconsin.

Andrew is the brains behind all of the programming.

Andrew & Jennifer have full time jobs and work on the site in their spare time. Their goal is to provide an up to date resource for everyone who enjoys Halloween as much as they do.
