Prairie du Sac & Sauk City
Trick Or Treat On Water Street
Sunday, October 31
4:00-7:00pm
Bring your children to the twin villages along the Wisconsin River for safe
trick or treating. Businesses along Water Street stay open late to treat
youngsters. The River View Ballroom in Sauk City features multiple business
trick or treat "porches," while Prairie du Sac is highlighted with a Haunted
House in the Masonic Lodge.
Children receive free trick or treat bags. Free shuttle bus between downtown
Prairie du Sac and Sauk City.
Participating businesses not located along Water Street will be handing out
goodies to children from the Pumpkin Junction tent in Sauk City's Historic Park.
Shuttle buses will take children and their chaparones between the Pumpkin Junction
to downtown Prairie du Sac.
The first 500 children entering the Pumpkin Junction in costume will receive a
trick-or-treat bag, pencil and pumpkin necklace from the chamber, in addition to
all the goodies area businesses will be providing.
Haunted Sauk Prairie will bring "Nightmare on Water Street" to the basement of
Hometown Suites in downtown Prairie du Sac. It will be open Oct. 29 from 4 to
7 p.m. for smaller children and from 7 to 9 p.m. for older children and adults.
It will also be open on Oct. 30 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
and again on Oct. 31 from 6 to 8 p.m. Tickets are $3 for adults and $2 for children
for a one-day pass; $5 for a two-day pass and $7 for a three-day pass.
Tickets are available for purchase at the Sauk Prairie Community Education Center and the chamber.

Bring your favorite four-legged pets down to
The Dog Spot, 7707 W. State Street, for their
annual costume contest and parade at 1 p.m.
